Feb. 4, 11:20 AM. Out of cream cheese bagels (first thing on menu). Coffee is self-serve, but there were no cups. When I asked for a cup, the woman did go and get more cups, but was unfriendly and didn't say a word. Come on, folks, it wouldn't cost you anything to be nice.

Terrible place. Too dirty. People throwing boxes from the floor above. Never seen this kind of starbucks. And yes, people who were throwing a empty boxes from the floor above are starbucks employees. Unprofessional and rude staff. Just saw them chasing a lady to check her receipt of payment. It’s ok to miss people at a busy starbucks and verify that they made payment. But this store is not busy at all ( a customer every 5-10 mins).

I have to give the workers some credit because there were 4 of them and very many sleep deprived and hungry people who just got off a plane. I do believe they were handling the situation pretty well. However I do have to give less stars because my pumpkin bread loaf had mold and was inedible.

I visited the Seattle’s best coffee kiosk in the Fort Lauderdale international airport terminal 1 And waited in a long line. When I finally got up to where the coffee was, there was only enough for about a quarter of the cup. Since I had already been waiting when I got to the cashier I asked if there was any more coffee brewed to which she replied “No”. I then asked her how much she would charge for a quarter of a cup that I had poured and she said “full price”. Since a quarter cup wasn’t worth the full price coffee, I declined to purchase it. She then told me to pick it up off the counter and throw it away. So I said, you would rather throw the coffee away then make a customer happy? And she said “yes” so I threw the coffee away. It is unlikely I will ever visit a Seattle’s best coffee and I will be sure to pass along this experience.

Went in to get coffee no bodybthere to help. There was a lady cleaning she was not very nice either she said they were not there at the moment. Do not stop for coffee here. Terrible spot.
