On June 2nd, 2024, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Mercedes-Benz E 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale. Three days later, while driving on the turnpike, I noticed a significant vibration as the car approached 80 mph. I returned the car to the dealership, where they assured me that the issue had been resolved. Yesterday, while adjusting the rear tire pressure, I discovered a crack on the right rear rotor. Concerned about the safety implications, I immediately reported the issue to the sales manager, Joseph Hagen. He arranged for a tow truck to pick up the car, as I was reluctant to drive it in this condition. The following day, the dealership returned the car to my house. They claimed that because the crack could not be felt by touch, it was not considered a problem. Despite their assessment, I remain concerned about the safety of driving the car with a compromised brake rotor. I am planning to visit the dealership tomorrow morning to strongly advocate for the replacement of the cracked rotor. I will not drive the car until they agree to address this issue and ensure the vehicle is safe to operate.

I have been to other Mercedes dealerships in south Florida, but none compare to the Fort Lauderdale location! From the second I walked in I felt welcomed and heard. Lance, TK, and Stephanie made sure that my vehicle purchase went smoothly and they made my experience a fabulous & memorable one! When taking the car for a car wash or service, the valet team members are also very helpful, courteous and prompt! My experience buying a car at MB of Ft. Lauderdale was incredible thanks to Eduardo. He worked with me late on a Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday evening as I arranged to get the car that Monday. He made sure every facet of the transaction went smoothly; after Eduardo picked me up from the airport (saving me the time and money of getting a cab), I was in my new car in less than a half hour. Not only that, the car was immaculate and Eduardo followed up multiple times to make sure I made it back and was satisfied with the car. Amazing customer service and great positive energy all around. Highly recommend this dealership, especially Eduardo and Allen in finance.

In May, I purchased a pre-owned 2019 car. I drove the vehicle, decided to purchase it and was told by the sales rep that the car was being prepared to be delivered to me clean. This process took about 2.5 hours. The performance of the sales rep, Nicolas Vasquez, was very unfortunate. Once the car was "ready", he gave me the keys to the car and upon both of us inspecting the car (which he should have done prior to delivering it), the car had crumbs, hair and was completely dirty inside. The mats were dirty and ripped at the bottom. There were stains in the seats, side console and the leather ripped on the driver's door. The car had a few scratches. He said he would coordinate, so that I could take the car to the Coral Gables location for a detailed wash because I do not want to drive 40 minutes to get a service done which should have been done prior to the delivery of the car. It happens that the Fort Lauderdale dealer never deals with the Coral Gables location so he promised that knowing this. Last but not least, he mentioned he would ship to my house the MB box the dealer gives when you purchase a vehicle because he missed to get it for me while I was there. He now says that "if the dealer doesn't want to ship it, there is nothing I can do." The day after buying the car, I had to take it to a carwash and spent over $120.00 to get it clean and waxed. No one wants to spend thousands of dollars and receive a dirty vehicle. Buying a car is always stressful but dealing with an incompetent sales rep makes it way worse. You would think that a sales rep of a luxury car dealer such as MB would be outstanding.
