I enjoyed the banquet hall. I Was there for a family reunion. And we had a great time there. We had a bartender to serve us our drinks that was brought in. Hotel rules. Thanks Rodeway. Didn't stay in any rooms but heard no complaints from my family that stayed in the hotel

My stay here was the worst stay EVERRR!!! The first night I found 1 roach but suspected because a big hotel trash can was so close to my room that was the case. I moved the trash can further down the hall where no rooms were. However the hallways were disgusting so no telling what else was roaming around. The second night I stayed at this facility a couple was combative and arguing outside at 4am for 45 minutes and I had to leave for work at 6am. The next night my sleep was so off I woke up in the middle of the night to find my worst nightmare ROACHES. Not one but 6 in the room. Not to mention I had an allergic flare up for two days because I have asthma and am allergic to roaches. It was 2:30am and I immediately called the hotel manager named Susan to complain about everything that was going on especially the ROACHES!!!! I expressed that I wanted to be refunded and that I would be checking out at 6am. She said she would give me a $21 hotel fee back or a new room. I told her I no longer would be staying at that facility and it was no point in getting a new room for only 3 hours. She rushed off saying she had another call and that her and their exterminator would have to investigate that. When I called back a day later she claimed they didn’t find 1 roach and she wouldn’t give me a refund and that customers bring them in their bags. Basically claiming that I had brought them. The audacity of this lady is absurd. She was extremely rude and talking over me at that point I wished her well and hung up. I included photos of their front door and some of the roaches. My next move is calling the health department. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here you will be sorry if you’re a decent human being.

In less than 18 hours my problem was resolved. Our agency is located in Orlando, and we received a call from a travel agent in Brazil, asking for help from our reception agency to receive 42 children in Fort Lauderdale. These children would make a brief 3-hour connection in Fort, and then continue on to Toronto. But the flight to Toronto was rescheduled for 13 hours after the initial time. We contacted several hotels. However, when talking to Marisa and Maritza they agreed to welcome us. They agreed to pick up all these children and then return them to the airport with the transfer service. We received extremely competent and responsible service. We were very well attended to by receptionists Savannah and BC. Throughout the day, we had all the support and tranquility, where we were sure we were in the right place. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude for having received our Brazilian children with great affection. I definitely want to return to Fort Lauderdale more often and have the opportunity to spend a day in the city, because I already have a place to stay. Our experience at Rodeway in was great! We checked in Friday evening for a cruise leaving Saturday morning. Our room was clean and the grounds were gorgeous. The complementary shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port was organized and so convenient. Having the Bar & Grill connected to the hotel and breakfast provided made it the perfect all in one after so much traveling. The added bonus was the store in the lobby for late night snacks and the few items we realized we forgot to pack for vacation. Thank you for a great experience!

Guest service was great,clean pool,cool rooms. Continental breakfast was good. This was our 6th stay. My favorite person was the front desk agent by the name of Savannah she was patient kind and considerate. Looking forward to our next visit next yr.
