You don't expect to get stale pretzels. At 11:40 Am on a saturday. The staff is not real friendly, and pretty clueless on refunds. This was the second time I had this issue. The first time I just tossed it in the garbage and went about my day.

Wife ordered a shaker woman rudely asks my wife what flavor of ice cream so I say what flavors she holds her hand out and just says vanilla so I'm like why ask haha but all she did was put vanilla and some resses crumbs in the middle and didn't put any of the fixings that was supposed to come on the shake theirs 5 women standing in the back not wanting to work and they get upset and give you attitude when you ask them to do their job and make a shake would not recommend.

The Auntie Anne’s on Sunrise in the Galleria Mall is the best Auntie Anne’s in the area by farrrr! You know how with chains, there’s always the “good one”? Well- this particular store is the “good one”. Their pretzels are consistently perfectly made, they don’t burn them, they are too thin, they season them well. I order ubereats from that location at least twice a week: 2 regular pretzels and 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels, and they almost never let me down. I’ve had the Auntie Anne’s in Oakland Park at the mall by the Target, and that one is terrible. That one often doesn’t even have pretzels made, and when they do, they are burned or stale. If you are in the mood for a yummy pretzel- hit the Auntie Anne’s in the Galleria Mall.

They sold be burnt old pretzel, I really usually like Aunti Anne's but this location is the worst I have ever been to, they just don't care!!!
