American Nautical Services' PLEASANT AND QUALITY STAFF provides excellent customer service supporting clients with sense of urgency and fulfilling orders expeditiously. The store has options to fulfill the needs of clients from pleasure boaters to professional mariners, and mariner student who are preparing for an advancement exam for raise in grade, etc. Vessels in need of materials for regulatory and compliance/ carriage requirements/ references can find them here. Materials available are quality in nature. The PLEASANT AND QUALITY STAFF of American Nautical Services is what makes admiralty store a "GO-TO" for many of us. ...good people to deal with and they have what we need!

Great experience. I ordered a new version of a navigation booklet (2023 BVI/VI cruising guide) and received it two days after ordering. I will note that it was sold out on Amazon and more expensive. Before ordering I called ANS to ensure they had it in stock which they verified it was in stock and shipped the same day of ordering. Thank you for your prompt and complete service.

I stopped using Amazon about 3 years ago in favor of smaller businesses. When I ordered a book from ANS, it reconfirmed my decision to do so. Vanessa, a customer service rep, reached out to me the Monday after my weekend order was placed. She saw that we lived in a rural area, so wanted to check which shipping service to use. The book went coast to coast in 3 days with no extra shipping charge (pretty sure I paid for standard). I'm still waiting on some other packages that were ordered well before my order with ANS. When I reach out to their customer services, the response is a politely-polished "tough luck". Vanessa (and the company by extension) reached out to me BEFORE there was a potential issue. Solid business.
