I had a 5-year service contract with Premier ATM. My ATM went down in January of 2015 and I spent over 8 months contacting the technicians and the owner to fix my ATM as we had a service agreement. After finally sending a copy of our contract over, they refused to honor the contract and offered to sell me a new ATM instead of repairing my current ATM. They would not reimburse me for the service fees I have paid and refused to repair the ATM as required by our contract. They have horrible customer service and do not return phone calls in a timely manner (after multiple days have gone by). I caution anyone who is thinking about doing business with Premier ATM to think twice before doing so.

This is a scam company. I own my ATM and they change the surcharge without permission or notification and keep the profits. When I call to complain, they hang up on me. The contract does not allow them to do this. Never do business with these people. This has now happened two times. Follow up: Even after I proved that I own the machine and that they violated our contract by raising my fees and keeping the money, they have refused to pay me what they have stolen or to return my atm fees to the contracted amount.

Paul, We apologize for your incovience. Our secretary indicated that she was being yelled at over the phone, irregardless we recognize that is besides the point. RESOLUTIONS: It was a pleasure having been able to speak with you over the phone, as I sensed your frustration, and could empathize with your concerns. I was also pleased to offer not only an explanation, based on the contractural agreement (line 10 and 15) but ensure resolutions. As promised, we are going to upgrade your machine with all the necessary capabilities, and compliance, ensuring that you have received the utmost quality in customer service. We are not a scam (though I understand you meant that out of frustration), as you have been set up on direct payment, and receive automated payments. The $.10 difference per transaction that was in question was not profit, however taking our $.15 warranty (which is reflected on the agreement) plus $.10 regulatory processing which should have Been better explained to you, though regulatory adjustments are detailed in our processing agreement. Our market partners charge us fees that we would never want to charge to our customers for, such as fraud claims, etc. We must ensure that we meet all regulation standard for our market processing partner PAI, and Metavante. Our error was assuming that because internet access was provided you would have seen these messages on the message board through PAI's website. We apologize for such assumptions. We concede that we could have better communicated that fact, however in the interim, we look forward to continuing to pay you your fully agreed upon commission (which we have been) as well as instituting the resolutions you and I set in place over the phone. They stopped service without notice and have kept money that should have been put back in my account. Don't do business with this company under any circumstance
