This branch has been the BEST I have worked with since coming to chase. Brenda , especially , has helped me opened several business’ now and is always on top of things. Brenda has been prompt and communicative when it comes down to her clients best interests. You are never just a number here and I highly recommend them for business and personal .

ATM never gave me my money but debited my account. Despite being manned at the time, the staff at the branch didn’t help one bit against this theft. Awaiting results of the dispute.

Just because I was here as a witness and I’d hope someone would do this for me... this is a great place, they are super helpful all the time and do the best they can given the circumstances. There was a short line only 2 people working, the guy in the back of the line and the guy in the front of the line were tag teaming the manager... in other words stating the obvious which can be stressful. “Hey isn’t there anyone else back there to help you?!” Employee says there’s 2 of us we’ll be right with everyone... so of course the bankers pick on the employee. You don’t have to answer with an attitude... which was not true.. there was a short back and forth, sorry for the workers.. these 2 bankers really took their bad day out on the employees... not fair. Great bank ?

I have never been treated so badly at any business as what I just experienced with this so called "teller" at this location. If I could give a 0 star i would because it was truly the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, in my opinion !!
