Just went through drive through and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal. Ate the hash brown then went to eat my breakfast sandwich and there was no egg. Was over a mile away so I didn’t want to turn around so I just ate 2-3 bites and my husband finally insisted we turn around. Went back to the drive through to get an egg or a sandwich, I didn’t know what they’d prefer. I gave them the sandwich with my bites taken out of it and they said I’d have to pay for another sandwich cuz I ate it all. Wouldn’t even give me just the egg. I didnt care if they just put it on my existing sandwich, I just wanted an egg. They accused me of scamming them. The girl at the window was very rude and didn’t even open my sandwich wrapper to look at it. We did NOT get what we paid for.

Fastest and most attentive McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Gets my order right every time and fast enough for my short lunch at work. Love them! Absolutely recommend.

I went through the drive through, ordered a hamburger with no onions and other items. They had scraped the onions off the burger along with part of the burger. There were still onions on the burger. I am really glad i looked before biting into this. I could not eat this. The correct procedure is to make a new burger and not add onions. Poor training in the kitchen. You might want to have your staff go through serve safe training.

Took grandson after his hockey meet, food was ok, but the lobby was not clean ,tables needed to be wiped off, large milk spill that had been there for awhile. No one was checking on the dining area to clean, took me over 5min. To get someone to talk to about the dining area

We had some issues with the McDonald's app and we redeemed the points but it cancelled the order. Went inside and talked to a manager and they comped the order! Thank you! Great customer service!
