I rented a vehicle for 24 hours while on military orders. Alamo has now incorrectly billed my government travel card four times, at over a $1880 charge the last two times. I will never rent through Alamo again and would advise against doing so while on orders. Edit to add that it has been over a week with no change to the charge.

Fayetteville airport location. Trash, rude horrible customer service. Gave us a broken rental over us free rental days to make up for it then when I went to use the free rental 2 weeks later they wouldn’t honor in because the girl we set it up with didn’t work there anymore.

Wonderful staff and very easy to return the car. Due to Unforeseen circumstances we had to return our car back to a different Location. Triney, was wonderful and ensured that our turn-in would be smooth. She is fantastic. The manager, Duncan Lewis was standing near there and didn't even question her. They have a good team there. Any Issues are with the airport and the construction (which happens). Overall, I have been extremely pleased with Alamo.

After recently switching from another rental car company, I encountered the same issue (4 rentals later) that caused me to leave the previous agency. However rather than take my money and leave me with a potentially unreliable car, the agents quickly accessed the situation and got me into a more suitable vehicle and on the road in no time. I can't thank those young ladies (Ms.Miller & Ms. Morgan) enough for their excellent customer service and prompt action.
