Gave us really old or dried out meat and when we called about it they tried to tell us it’s cooked all fresh. Then we said it’s not fresh and they insisted it was. It tasted old and felt like it was really dry. Oh and when they remade my food they put pickle and no onions instead of slivered onions and no pickles. Maybe an honest mistake or a petty move idk. But they also refused to give a corporate or whoever owns them phone number. However I called the next day and Pete was more than happy to help and fix everything. He was absolutely amazing and understanding.

Food is always cold... always. You have to ask for no salt on Your fries. Then if they mess up your order they put you in the book which I've been in 3 times but not actually was wrote dow. Staff is rude, manager is absolutely 💯 rude and mean.

Ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal did not receive a toy. Also ordered a 10 piece nugget small fries large coke and medium Carmel frappe... order placed on mobile order hoping to cut down on our wait time. Nope, STILL was made to pull over park and wait for 10 minutes. But the time my food came. My drinks were melting, didn't receive the sauce I requested and as I mentioned no toy with the kids meal..... terrible restaurant.... if I could rate zero stars I would. Oh, and it wasn't even a teenager. I dealt with 2 different women, both Cleary in their 30s.... added a photo of my 3 year old excited to get home with his happy meal. That smile quickly turned to tears when he realized he got ripped off 😢 💔

We ate in. Service was terrible. Guy taking the order had to clear it and put it in TWICE. Still got the order wrong and had to pay for an extra sandwich. When they brought the food out to the table. No cups. Then the guy sat down and ate my meal. His attitude was terrible when he cleaned up the table. Then he said, "That's it, I quit!" And walked out, leaving his chair in the walk way, got in my truck and left....

Drive thru, so no atmosphere rating. This location has improved. At one time, the shake machine magically only worked on weekends. Happy to say I can get a shake pretty much anytime now. Good work 😀
