Thieves, parked here for years but last time i had a dash cam on. They went thru my glove department stole my sunglasses. Was told that employee was fired and they would like to pay for my sunglasses. So i went back and parked with them. Told check would be left in car. Was told they forgot after i left and they would mail it to me. Months later Nicky refuses to respond. So videos posted on social today and contacted local news who is picking up the story.

As of this writing, I would give a 0 if I could. Our vehicle was damaged in their care and it has been a run around through numerous calls and people to get someone to deal with the issue. Right now I would say for sure - NEVER PARK HERE! Not only were they careless with our car, but they seem to have no desire to take ownership of the damage nor to help us get it repaired. If I get an update from them I will edit this review, but it's been a week now and no answers have been given so far.

If you are flying in and out at Newark Airport, they are the way to go. You don't worry about the crazy traffic closer to the airport, they shuttle you in, and they have your car ready when you return. Don't forget your number stub (when you call, this is how they know to prepare your car) Book online and print the receipt. You get the online discount.

Always had a good experience, until now. Had reserved time to arrive and pick up car at 12:30 a.m. called the number on claim ticket for pick up. One number goes directly to voicemail and the main number called several times. In able to leave message. Finally someone answers phone and said it be 20 min. (Normally not more than 10 min) now waiting 30 min and no answer at number. No way to leave message. I never use this service again. Incredibly disappointing.

It’s possible they are slightly more affordable than the airport long term parking. Although, I was charged $55 (8:30am 9/21- 10am 9/24). And the wait when I got back was really frustrating and unprofessional. I called at 9am for the shuttle and wasn’t picked up until 9:35am. Didn’t get to my car until 9:50am! At which time I had to wait for others to pay. It was an hour long ordeal… I would suggest calling as soon land so you don’t have a similar situation. Btw if you’re in terminal C they pick you up on floor 3/door 3.
