We always use ABC when we fly out of Newark. Great prices, great shuttle service, and the employees are fantastic. We’ve never had a bad experience and will continually use ABC! They really do take great care of your vehicle!

Pros: Price is fair and not as expensive as other places. The shuttle to the airport was pretty quick. They do a walk through with you and the car for any prior damages. Pick up from airport was rather quick. Cons: The customer service rep is not professional and rather rude. No walk through after pick up. Car was parked with other cars and was not ready and waiting. The one thing holding me back from giving a higher rating is the girl/lady who answered the phone when I needed to be picked up from the airport. They must understand you are dealing with people flying in and out and this may be their first time flying or using your service. Have a better attitude and let them know what you need and how the process goes. Don't expect customers to know what to do when calling and a better tone would do so much better for this business.

Pickup after a 10 hr flight from Greece was horrendous. I called while we were getting our bags from the baggage carousel and explained that to the attendant answering the phone. She said where to go to meet the driver. It took at least 3 different repeat of what she was saying to understand her English was very bad. When we finally got our bags and went to the pickup area nobody was there. When I called she said they were there but we weren’t and it would be an hour until we could be picked up. She or the driver never called us to say they were waiting for us. I had to pay $58 to a taxi to take us to the parking lot for a .5 mile drive. I will never use this business again and will tell all friends and family to avoid ABC Parking.

My experience with ABC Airport Parking was absolutely terrible. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and treated us with complete disregard. When it was time for our pickup, they demanded we pay twice the original price we were quoted. This blatant price gouging left us feeling taken advantage of and frustrated. The whole operation feels like a scam, and the lack of professionalism is astonishing. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ABC Airport Parking and find a more reliable and honest service.

Best place to park for Newark airport. I use them multiple times a year and never had an issue. Pickup from terminals are always fast. Highly recommend.
