Specifically cancelled a cheaper reservation at another hotel and booked with this one as they advertise a pool. Arrived to find their pool is out of service. They should update their website to say pool not available. A lot of people book hotel rooms based on pool availability, especially when traveling with children. Update to say the front desk clerk and manager were very nice about the situation and gave us a discount which was greatly appreciated.

The staff very friendly from check-in to check-out. Special SHOUT OUT to Gloria at the front desk extremely pleasant and accommodating to our needs since this was not trip we had anticipated. She helped us add an additional room for my son next door to my room. Her friendliness and hospitality was appreciated since we were in the area for a relative's funeral services. The location is perfect and close to NYC and directly across Newark airport. Surrounded by 2 hotels so the people around you are either paying hotel guests or employees, so the family and I felt comfortable and safe. The rooms are clean and added bonus was the breakfast options included with your room fees. ( eggs, waffles, bacon, muffins, sausage, fruit, yogurt, assorted hot and cold beverages, cold and hot cereal and an array of breads) Secure parking on premises for $17 worth the fee. Satisfied customer and will book again when in the area.

Stayed for just 1 night before flying out of Newark International Airport. The location was convenient, clean, and quiet with the shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. Breakfast was a good choice of buffet food (omelet, turkey sausage, bread and bagels, muffins, juice and coffee). All was very good. Service by staff was excellent and friendly. Special shout out to Gloria who helped us check out and rebook our shuttle run to earlier.

There is no public transportation here. My daughter arrived at the airport around 5am. They said the shuttle runs every 15 to 30 minutes. But the shuttle didn't show up until 1 hour and 15 minutes later. She took the shuttle van from the hotel next door (Thank God). When I called the front desk to ask, she parroted and said the shuttle runs. When I called a second time, the driver said there was no one at the pickup location, but my daughter was already on a shuttle from another hotel. I'm pretty sure that the shuttle wasn't running until I called. There are other complaints about the front desk and management. On the day of check-out, there was no running water, so I inquired and was told that the water had been shut off at 10 a.m. for construction purposes. They didn't tell me in advance, so I asked and they lied and said they put a notice under the door. When I said I didn't receive it, she hung up. The front desk here just says what they have to say and hangs up.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Once I moved all our luggage’s and stuff I noticed few roaches and stained floor. Since I booked this through Priceline I thought I need to report through them. Once I come home I reported Priceline said you need to report to them at the front desk during the stay. Also Priceline contacted them and no prompt responses. Paid around $410 for two nights.
