Years ago, our supplier quit carrying wheat germ, leaving us in a bit of a pickle as it’s an ingredient in many breads. I went to Delana and she searched high and low, and for many years now has special ordered wheat germ for us. They take great care of our bakery with a top notch product.

The worst. The store hours show as open at 9:30am. At 9:33 someone shows up without a care in the world, unlocks the door, goes inside and locks the door behind them. Still closed. This store doesn't care about people and doesn't care about a better life for anyone but themselves. The decision to not open on time according to the detail of their posted hours is a reflection of their disposition to care less about the detail of the products sold, and is a clear message that providing a service to people is not important. Don't bother to unlock the door ever again. The same products are available online, for less, without having to wait on someone who doesn't care anyway.

Some of the products have not moved for more than six months. Most of the staff is very helpful and I needed help since I don't know much about vegetarian eating habits. I was able to make a special order for Market Spice tea and that really sold me on continuing to be a customer. I found the clerks more than made up for some of the older stock. As I am too new to this to rate, let me say that I would recommend this company to my friends & neighbors.

Awesome health food store tucked away in Ellensburg! I love this place. Everything that I’m looking for & then some. They have great selections & more than one brand & if they don’t have it, they will order it! I love the sales- they’re some of the best on some of the best products. Selection is huge. They have everything that a health nut could ask for from gluten-free items & organic. Vitamins to great skin care items. We are so lucky to have this place here in Ellensburg & the staff is knowledgeable & seem to be pretty happy with where they work!

Awesome customer service with a wide variety of products to choose from. Super grateful that Better Life continues to offer quality supplements and food to the Ellensburg community.
