This theater is past it's prime. It's dirty in appearance and musty smelling like there was a water leak at some point. I'm sure hoping that this theater will get a makeover and step into the future with updated amenities.

The place is maintained very poorly counters dirty & sticky- carpet filthy- has a horrible odor smells of vomit. Bathrooms appear to be cleaned once a day when they leave for the day. Really shocked they don’t have mice. Food always always on the floor under your seat /arm rest sticky. In the winter/ summer the heat/ AC don’t work in some theaters. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Sad because it’s the perfect location just has employees standing around in groups talking instead of wiping/sweeping/vacuuming and doing the job hired for . Clearly poor leadership.

Went to see venom in 3d, they switched the screen to 3d mode right before the previews began and then all the previews ( 25 plus minutes) were in pink and green, a guy came in and spoke to us saying this was happening because his mgr said the previews were in 2d and the projector was in 3d mode and that when the movie begins the color would return to normal. The movie then started as it should've but the sound was so low and terrible it was hard to hear the movie over people eating their snacks. Also there were 2 lights still lit on the theater wall that interfered with viewing the 3d effect on the movie, it was super annoying so 10 mins into the movie I got up to find a manager, I found 2 young ladies who seemed to be attentive and told them about the sound in and lights in the theater and they ensured me that they would fix it BUT NO ONE ever did. The only good thing about this place is the fresh popcorn. I should've asked for my money back but apparently they need it more than I do ,that place needs some serious upgrades, the seats are hella uncomfortable as tight and it was the smallest theater I've ever been in. It sat like 40 -50people tops in auditorium 14. Venom was also trash so that didn't help either.
