Management is good. She went through rooms and rejuvenated the place. Clean area..kids outside playing. It is more peaceful and less of a mess than there was. Great place.

Rooms are nasty. No shower curtains. Mattress covers have urine stains. No tvs. Definitely not $270 dollars worth.
