My Enterprise rental in Dalton was great. The team there was very professional and willing to help me out from the first call, to get a car through drop off. I was driving to their location and they found me a car while I was in route. I was with my family and was in and out with the rental in less than 10 minutes. The day after dropping off my rental, I realized that I left my Toll-pass device in the rental. They took the information and said they would call back. About 30 minutes later, I received a call back from Savannah. She found out who had the vehicle and made the calls to track them down. They did confirm that it was in the vehicle and when the car was returned, she called me again to let me know that they have my device. Since I was from out of state, they were nice enough to mail it back to me. The easy way out would be to say that they didn't see it. Thanks to Savannah and Team, this turned out to be a great rental experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Dalton GA. I highly recommend them!!!

I've rented from Enterprise for years. For vacations, family emergencies and weekend getaways. This past week I had to leave my car for my son and Enterprise came through for me again with the nicest ride I could imagine. I only intended to have the car for a couple of days but things came up and I had it for the entire weekend. But as they open super early Monday morning I was able to drop the car off and make it to work in time for my 8 AM shift.

I do wish I had used my local Enterprise. I went to this one because I wanted to reserve a sports car, and this location said it had one online. But when I arrived, was not available. The vehicle I rented, an Altima, was exquisite, and satisfied my needs greatly. Excellent price, and a super helpful staff. Highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed the Jeep Cherokee or that we rented from you guys. I had to pick up my kids in Virginia and it drove beautifully and then we went to Gatlinburg a few days later for our vacation and the only thing I can think about what I did not like about the car is how little the storage space as far as our suitcases and all the food that we brought to Gatlinburg there was no room in the back. I love the radio of the air conditioner works great never had a backup camera so that was pretty awesome and the price for almost two weeks for that car was wonderful.

Had to have a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. I did not even have to go in the building! The came and picked me up, and handed me the keys! Nice car. My ONLY issue would be that the last two rentals I have had, the windshield had to be wiped down due to overspray and a filmy layer on the inside of the car. Other than that, great job, Enterprise!
