Love that they accept debit cards UNLIKE the necessity of a credit card for most companies. A few minor complaints..... 1. The car not being thoroughly cleaned not only outside - appeared it wasn't washed ... only the tires half shined...(not a big deal to me) but on the INSIDE. I wanted to be reassured that it was cleaned thoroughly with COVID - 19 going on. No refund offered of course - cleaned myself to ensure the safety of my family. 2. When the car was officially rented to me they stated - there is a big scratch / damage to the bumper which is already accounted for. If you go out there and happen to see any more damage - please notify use prior to leaving. Went out to the car --- scratches EVERYWHERE. and again -- some hard to tell if they may have WASHED off considering the car wasn't washed. Resolution for this was attendant came out to look and mad note where no damage charge would occur on my account. There were so many scratches that there was NO WAY he could record them all on his little paper! OVERALL it was a nice Jeep Compass - stylish and drove well. The trunk was small but we made it work for 2 adults and a toddler in a bind! * please note with debit card transaction - your insurance must cover the car in case of accident OR you have no choice but to buy their coverage ALSO there is a soft credit check that occurs, prior to approval for debit purchase. UPSIDE TO THIS - NO HOLD PLACED ON ANY CARDS.

Dependable customer service and clean up to date vehicles at very good rates. Chattanooga Lovell Field Airport location has great professional staff ready and waiting at counter to get you rolling alot quicker than their competition in the other rental car companies located there also....

Absurd experience. I’ve rented cars an average of 20x per year for decades-never had this happen before. Rented online, landed at CHA, went to pick up my car and their new automated system/scanner at the counter couldn’t read my drivers license for some reason. It was a valid FL license, but guess what? Since the system couldn’t scan it, I couldn’t get my car-there was no manual entry possible or any other recourse. It doesn’t get any dumber or out of touch than that. I did a left face, walked to the National counter and was out the door in two minutes with my keys.
