Ordered a cab the day before for a very specific time and they never showed. An hour and a half later the sent a message they were on their way. Do not recommend if you have anything time sensitive

Scheduled a taxi a day prior for 5am so that I could make a flight. Day of, I’m awaiting the arrival of my taxi, simply does not show. I eventually get a text saying a taxi has been assigned and arriving shortly...to never show. I eventually just drove myself. Called to cancel my taxi after waiting 27 minutes past scheduled arrival time.

This is the only cab service available for service members without a car, be sure to call at LEAST two hours ahead otherwise you'll end up like me, waiting 2 hours, outside in the rain and the dark ??just how I wanted to spend my evening. A quick 30 minute walmart run turned into a 2 and a half hour disaster. Oh, I am still waiting for the cab to pick me up as I type this out

Cabs sometimes doesn't show and have to call twice. I would give this one star but there are ONLY A HANDFUL of good drivers Multiple times we have crammed above max capacity and had unprofessional drivers. Just use uber unless you're on fort Gordon RIP...

I was at the library waiting for 30 minutes before I actually got a call back and saying the were on the way... I previously called 2 time before the got back with me .I even called the service and told them how cabs passed the Library and didn’t stop.
