I called to try and send a cab to pick up my son and the guy said he couldn't accommodate me and hung up the phone on me, not once but twice. What kind of service is that.

I have been using Radio-Co-op for over 6 months and I never experienced as many problems as I do now. I have waited over a hour for a cab. Dispatcher is polite but there shouldn’t be any reason I should have to wait over a hour for a cab!!

Every single ride that I have gotten has been awesome. They're fast to get to my location and very nice people. I never had a bad experience. 5 stars all day!!
