One good thing I liked about the service was telling my driver how much I could afford and he was able to work with me for a different amount. I got laid off recently and can't afford to pay the real fare. I don't know if it's because uber is competing with them but it worked out well and my driver was super nice

My soon to be husband left me at McDonald's in Evans inside rain, he thrown my phone away at 1030 night. I am from out of state.I have nowhere to go but hotel for the night. I soon found out that my husband has withdrew all money in my card after I called this taxi company to get to hotel. McDonald's was about to close its door for the night and it is raining. Now I have no money for cab or hotel.The black taxi driver was kind to drive me to Edgefield where I live for free after he found out I am stranded, he said that is his xmas gift for me. I can't believe this is possible almost $70 for free by a stranger. I can see now that even people of different color can be helpful.Thank you so much and merry Christmas

Very aggressive drivers. Cut me off mulitple times and tried to run me off the road during rush hour traffic. I called the company and they said they would ask him not to do that again.
