What a great experience with this store. I needed paint to redo dining chairs. Robert matched the painted stencils perfectly. He also recommended a product to take off the varnish rather than having to sand. Everyone is friendly and caring. Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware man!

Try to find a metric cap screw at Home Depot! Not happening! Lol This store is well organized and has a helpful staff.

I ordered some chairs via the Internet from Ace Hardware. Unfortunately, they were both broken!! I called this store and was given prompt & courteous help to get these returned. From Lyndie, who answered the first call, Vanessa Barnes (manager) who made me feel like I was her only customer, to Christie who did the actual return. These people made me feel like they really cared about what I needed. Also, their store is very clean and well stocked - it is definitely worth a trip down there if you are looking for some thing!
