Don't recommend to order through delivery services. I specified how I wanted my chicken cooked received the total opposite. Didn't receive any of my condiments which I paid extra for. Place a call to business explained my problem the lady was very rude stating she was in a rush and didn't read my order correctly. Was told I could come in for my missing items had to inform her I was here on business don't have a vehicle if so I wouldn't have order through Uber Eats.. She then hang up the phone... If I had a car ???????????I now have a 23.00 meal that I can't enjoy

I ordered from this place three times so far being new residence here in Augusta (moved here in January on military orders) and order 1 & 2 was heaven all around. My husband and I just fell in love with everything we ordered. The phillycheese steak was EVERYTHING!!!! Now the third order was complete and totally different. The food was prepared different, it didn't taste the same, even the amount of food was less. I took a picture of the very first order and this is just my order by myself. My husbands phillycheese looked the same as mine in the picture. I should've taken a picture of the 3rd time. All we did was reordered the first one but you couldn't tell. there was waaay less nachos and to make it worst it literally had a small drizzle of cheese on three chips and they didn't put any chili on it like we ordered and paid for it to have. NO LIE!!!! The philly steaks was lacking meat but a lot of empty bread. It most definitely was not mouth watering like the first order. I am now afraid to order from there again because I don't know if they now have new owners and this is why the orders was so super far off.

I had been wanting to try this place as soon as I saw it opened. It replaced another wing spot. I LOVE chicken wings, so I wanted to find a new spot to enjoy them. I was in the area so I gave them a shot. This place is in a strip mall where many young men and old heads alike, like to congregate in front of the businesses and harass customers at times. I wanted wings the day I went so I said “F it, let’s see what these wings are hitting for!” I don’t understand why the owners of all the businesses in this strip mall don’t band together and make it illegal for them to loiter in front of the business. Don’t they know they kills business for many people who don’t like walking through crowds of people especially older people?!? The night I stopped in they were busy and a few guys were standing around but they didn’t say anything, so that was a plus. As I entered the place was clean and they had R&B and Rap music blasting from the kitchen. I wasn’t mad at all because they were playing some of my favorite songs. I knew what I wanted to eat because I had looked up the menu online and studied it, but it did differ slightly from what I saw online. They serve all the standard bar food burgers, fries, wings, salads, sandwiches, and such. Like I said I wanted wings so I got wings. There were several flavors to choose from but I ended up getting Lemon pepper, fried extra crispy. I wanted to start with something safe so I wouldn’t be out of money if I didn’t like them. The cashier was extremely friendly and was amazed at my debit card because it’s personalized with one of my photos on it. The food didn’t take long to come out and I was out the door in 10 minutes. An younger Asian guy gave me my food, I’m assuming he was the owner or in some affiliation with the other. He was very nice and thanked me for coming in. The wings were pretty good, but I realized you have to request celery. They don’t offer carrots, and the ranch is packaged dressing. It’s not too appealing. I went back a few days later and got more Lemon pepper wings and they were still delicious, so now I have another wing spot!!!

Food is THE best. But customer service isn't worth a dime. They will tell you the food will be ready in 10 mins. but will actually be ready in 25 min. And the lady who works the front desk acts like she doesn't want to work. And she doesn't have to. But other than that. They straight.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food. I ordered here off of DoorDash and received my food. The wings were ok but the rice I ordered came with a dead fly I was devastated after eating almost most of it.
