okay. so don't get me wrong, mcdonald's isn't always bad. But today, I order McDonald's and the majority of my burgers were cooked all the way, however, when it came to mine, it was really pink. I don't know how this works, so I'm not as mad as i should be, but I am a little confused… So when you read this, make sure that you ask for your burgers well done… And don't end up like me…

Got off of work and wanted to grab a quick bite at mcdonalds. Ended up waiting for an HOUR to get my food. My fries and some of my nuggets were undercooked and I had to wait 30 of those minutes just waiting for 2 apple pies. Workers are constantly telling people to pull forward but forget that you're even parked outside. Nobody at the window when you pull up, and when I pulled around and explained that I was waiting for my pies STILL, the guy said it was another 5 minutes when I was told 30 minutes ago it would have been out in 6 minutes. He eventually gives me 2 and a HALF apple pies. How do you give a customer half of a pie??

Upper management needs to send the store manager back to Hamburger University for a refresher course. I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald's due to the unprofessional and intrusive behavior of the store manager. While I was sitting in the restaurant, working on my laptop, he approached me in a passive-aggressive manner and told me to remove my feet from the (plastic) booth seat. I complied, but I was taken aback by his tone and lack of courtesy. He then proceeded to interrogate me, asking if I was waiting for anyone and questioned if I was just "lounging around." I informed him that I was actually working, but instead of leaving me to my work, he continued to pry further and ask “what kind of work.” As if he was trying to catch me lying. I told him that he was making me feel like a child in trouble. He responded with “you’re not in trouble see.. I’m smiling.” As if his smile overpowered his unpleasant tone and multiple questions… McDonald’s website has many invitations for customers to visit, connect to the WiFi and “get some work done.” As a paying customer, I have the right to use the restaurant's seating area without being subjected to questioning or judgment. His actions made me feel unwelcome so I decided to leave shortly after. I’ll be taking my laptop and my feet to a more welcoming establishment ..

Went through the drive-through to get two double cheeseburgers, and a large fry with ice water. They made me pull around front to wait on fries. Got my food and it was two mcdoubles instead of double cheese with a carbonated water, and the fries were soggy as if they were old. Come on guys do better.

Just came from McDonald’s and the employees are disrespectful!!! They don’t know how to treat customers and have disrespectful side conversations on the floor about customers. It took over 5 minutes for someone to ring up my order inside. The employees just walked back and forth without acknowledging me and it wasn’t busy. I worked here last year and couldn’t stay for even 2 months because the atmosphere is toxic. There’s a whole new crew and manager and it’s still toxic!!!!!
