Picked up a few books that I planned to have shipped to my address, but the expected arrival date was ridiculous. Decided to take s chance & run into the store. Great customer service. I truly appreciate helpful people it during these trying times?

The bookstore is always clean and quiet. They changed the layout recently (maybe in early July?), so that takes a bit of getting used to. However, I think the new layout is better suited to genre organization. As usual, though, the bathroom could use some attention. But, otherwise, it's my favorite store in the Mall.
