We always enjoy visiting this store and the owner is very friendly. She gets some very nice things at fair prices. I saw someone's review - upset that she wouldn't buy what they wanted to sell. A family member owns a similar store in another town and the requests to buy are non-stop....and folks always somehow think that grandma's things that they don't want should be worth more. I would not hold a decline to buy something against any store keeper.

Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly rude, condescending sales person. I simply asked to look underneath the slip covers to make sure the chairs I wanted were in good structural condition. I was told I wouldn't get them back on correctly and told the chairs weren't right for me. I purchased the chairs anyway because I liked them. But I will never step foot in this place again. I never write reviews but I was so appalled at the interaction I had with the woman with the large glasses that I feel the need to warn others.
