Amazing doesn’t even describe this company. I’m so thankful for them. I was traveling from Florida to Utah and needed medication delivered overnight. FedEx didn’t run on the day I was traveling which was Sunday. Freedom pharmacy had a courier deliver my medication to the airport at my layover which happened to be in Massachusetts. They went above and beyond.

I really don’t understand where all of the negative reviews are coming from! My fertility specialist’s office sent over my Rx on Tuesday morning; I called Freedom Wednesday morning to confirm my shipping address and remit payment since I didn’t want to use my insurance. My refrigerated meds were sent overnight and arrived to me today (Thursday) before 10:30AM! Another pharmacy quoted me $210, but Freedom was $63 for the exact same meds (not generic). I will happily use them again and again!

The functioning and communication of this pharmacy is horrible. In the past I have not had issues, this time I have had to pay $2k out of pocket because of their delay in beginning authorization. Currently I have had authorization on my order since Monday and need the rest of my medications by Friday. It is Thursday night and every time I have called the only answer I get is it’s being worked on. I was told by one of the operators that orders that are needed same day always get priority so they will continue to be put before yours, that could be part of the delay. I asked if I can be assured I will get these medications for Friday, since that is listed on my chart, and I keep being told no. These operators do not understand how stressful this process is and what the patients are dealing with.

Forgot to send my order. I called and they said they would overnight ship it to me that day but they didn’t send it until the next day. Luckily I had just enough medication to last until the package finally arrived, but it was a very stressful experience.

I wanted to use them, as they’re the preferred pharmacy for my insurance. They haven’t been able to process my order in the three days they’ve had my prescriptions. I’ve called in several times and each time I’m given a new reason processing was halted (none were plausible reasons for as much of a delay each caused). Although I was promised meds would be delivered tomorrow (the day before I leave for vacation), it’s looking like that won’t happen. Not likely to place an order, which is a bummer because I could’ve saved a lot of money. 3/4 customer service reps I spoke to were courteous and helpful.
