Very kind service I stopped by to charge my phone so I could get back home and they treated me just like a customer even though I spent no money. Great People :)

The hotel was very nice looking. However, found 2 dead cockroaches in my room. One next to the bed and the other in my bathroom. Called front desk and told them my issue and asked to be moved to another room. Front desk clerk came up to my room and brought me keys to another room. Great, hopefully this room is good. As soon as I walked in I tried to turn on 2 different sets of lights, neither one of them worked. Finally find a light that works and I'm checking out the room and I find a dead bedbug on the mattress. Gathered my stuff and went down to speak to the front desk clerk. Front desk seemed a little annoyed asking me what was wrong with that room, so I politely told him and asked to be checked out. I know they were all dead bugs but I am not taking any chances.

This place is a joke & a rip off. It’s small, it smells, the pool is tiny, no help, good luck getting any service. Oh it’s pet friendly for $150, which they failed to mention. Kids cannot play games on the TV. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years & traveled a lot. We came here to avoid the hurricane, while I’m standing at check in, they’re charging me 114, while the offer another guest the exact same room for a disaster rate of 69.99, I asked if it applied to me, well no because I booked it online thru their site.

We stayed August 29th as a random get away from home. The pool was nice and so was our room. I was just slightly disappointed as breakfast wasn’t available. I am assuming COVID, but it would have been nice for them to let us know they were no longer including breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. The only thing it’s missing is an ocean view and I say that because that’s how gorgeous the inside is. Very clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again!
