Great company to travel with from Queretaro to Fort Worth, especially with all this chaos wit coronavirus.

Omg! On July 1, 2019. We were traveling from Fort Worth to Queretaro, Mexico. Our first driver was the best. I'd give him a 5. But, the one who took over in Laredo. This guy was constantly asking for tips, freaking the people out saying customs was going to want money from them if they had large bags. Finally, my Husband had had enough and told the guy to give it a rest that he was upsetting the people.

Worst experience I have ever gotten. I specifically requested bottom floor because my grandma has a difficult time getting in and out of the bus and the lady up front was very rude and not helping at all.

Some buses are uncomfortable and some are ok comfortable. Overall good.

They said the provide WiFi. Never do or outlets to connect you phone.
