It was wonderful to get the car and the attendant was efficient and so polite. I did not however, I did not like having to pay for an additional day of rent and insurance, just because the branch is not open on Sunday, so no returning it until Monday morning. I still love Enterprise and use them often.

I have been renting cars with Enterprise for a while and their service has always been great. Good customer service and cars are always clean.

We reserved a minivan, received a confirmation number... drove out to the pick it up, and they said the van would not be ready for another 4-5 hours.

I received great service from DJ. I wrecked my car and he went above and beyond getting me into a vehicle. Mitch was also very helpful. Excellent customer service! Thank you guys
