They earned one star because the staff here are nice. The downsides are if you come here outside of lunch hours you'll most likely wait 5-10 minutes just looking for an employee to help you. The other downside is that if you do come during lunch hours be prepared to wait. They have one person making the sandwiches and one person ringing people up. This process is inefficient. Take for example the fact when I started my order there were 5 other subs that have been just sitting and sitting there waiting to be finished (so much for getting it toasted). All this could easily be avoided if they stuck with the customer who is ordering from the time they started through ringing them up. If you have the time recommend going to the one off the installation.

This review is for the staff. They take care of their customers. I ordered a salad and practically got a two for one. It was giant and delicious.

I usually have to stand there for a few minutes till the staff notices me standing in front of them. Customer service isn't great, food is ok but takes forever
