We hit the theater each day we were in Dallas and chose Cinemark over the others in the same area. Theaters were clean. Smelled fresh. Saw three movies in different sized theaters and all were the same! Good work force. Seemed happy, at least content. Nice change from the current business environment so many other places. Must have good management!

I have been a loyal patron of this theater for the past 4 years and have always appreciated the quality of service provided. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to see a trailer for a Christian propaganda film shown before the movie I had paid to see. I believe that such content is inappropriate for a movie theater setting, where diverse audiences come to enjoy films without being subjected to religious or ideological messages. This incident has significantly impacted my perception of this theater. Due to this experience, I will be reconsidering my choice of theater for future movie outings. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your future content choices respect the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of all your patrons.

I like this theatre. I love the way the seats recline for comfort. I will say the restroom I went to was on the smaller side. While waiting for a stall it’s narrow moving past people. Once you come out of a stall if the restroom is crowded it’s hard getting to the sink. The stalls also need a good mopping as the restroom smelled of urine. More space an adequate cleaning would seal the deal.

I recently visited the Cinemark in Grapevine to catch a movie and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The theater boasts incredibly comfortable seats that make the movie-watching experience all the more enjoyable. The highlight of my visit was definitely the fresh and delicious popcorn, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. After all, who doesn’t love popcorn at the movies!? The staff were also very friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. All in all, I had a fantastic time at the Cinemark in Grapevine and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch movie-going experience.

I am a manager at another location and I would be absolutely appalled if my employee treated a customer the way i’ve been treated by Justin who works the box office every single time I come to watch a movie here. He not only is blatantly rude and seems annoyed at any request, even one as simple as getting a refund, but he consistently demonstrates disrespect and bad customer service. I am always polite and patient with any employee anywhere I go but from the very beginning of attending this theatre he, without fail, shows me a bad experience and discourages me from returning every single time. If you attend this theatre please be wary of this employee because I have seen other guest grow frustrated with him who are ahead of me in line. I love this theatre and hate to see it complimented with such a rude employee.
