Checked in Monday for a work trip and today (Thursday) I was trying to take a nap but couldn't because they started doing construction on the room right above ours. When I called the office, Jeff the manager answered and proceeded to tell me I can either change rooms (on our last day) or just go ahead and check out, what customer service. So if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay, it's not here. If you are looking for good customer service, it's not here.

Lovely place to layover after my flight was cancelled a few days ago. However, the bedding smelled like the hint of another person or persons, the pillows and mattress pad were lumpy. I had to remake the bed because the fitted sheet and padding--which were too small-- slipped off when I pulled back the covers. Otherwise, the facility was comfortable.

My daughter’s flight was canceled and needed a place to stay until til the next day. We were able to get her close, they picked her (and grandbaby) up and took them back. Nice, clean rooms - safe which was the most important.

Ending up staying here after a flight was delayed/canceled. Staff was helpful and nice, as I was calling at 12:30a trying to find a place to stay. I was not impressed with the quality of room, it’s worn down and a few things just need to be replaced. It served its purpose for a quick 5 hours of sleep.

First time staying in Home2suites. The rooms are nice and clean the staff is accommodating, gym is great. They do offer breakfast, but I had to throw it out. I got the sausage biscuit and it was atrocious. Also the plates and dish ware are not cleaned properly, notable by the yellow stain of the “clean” plate in the pick that I got. We didn’t bother trying anything else. I guess if you are starving, someone would eat it. The coffee is hot and the rooms also have a coffee maker but for some reason my room only had decaf.
