Worst airline to fly with. Hold times to their customer service is never less than 1 to 2 hrs. Very poor customer service. My latest experience is that i booked a flights for the summer with this company over the phone asking them that I'm leaving DFW on a Saturday to pick up my kids for the summer vacation, and coming back on Sunday with the kids. To my surprise on the day of the trip I found out that the agent booked me leaving YUL in Canada on Saturday, then leaving again YUL Canada on Sunday basically the next day. Something not physically possible. Agent at the counter wouldn't even look at me. I waited 2 hours on hold to explain this to customer service just for them to refuse to offer any help or even to speak to a supervisor. Their solution, email customer relations. I emailed customer relations and got an automated response stating that someone will respond in 45 days! In short i lost 4 tickets since i couldn't make it to Montreal to return with my kids. I definitely do not recommend Air Canada!

I will never fly Air Canada again. Messed up our flights , multiple delays, cancelled flights. It was a nightmare. Lost my luggage to Europe then told me I had to stay in my air bnb between 9-3 to wait for my luggage. Horrible customer service!

Requested wheelchair assistance to the gate when I bought my ticket in May. Requested again (2 hr hold on phone) when they changed my flight in August, again (2hr hold) when my flight was changed in September, and again (1hr hold) when they changed it in October. Requested it again when getting my boarding pass at the ticket counter and told to wait in seating. Waited 50 mins but no chair came. Finally gave up and used cane to walk to gate.. which was more painful than all of this needed to be. Airport was not busy to explain the wait time.

First time and last time AC. Unbelievable cancelation They changed my ticket three times, I was planning to go and join my family for Christmas and birthday party. Now my vacation is all spending around airport. unhappy

My original flight was delayed so I would miss my connecting flight. Air Canada worked quickly and got me a direct flight to my destination without extra charge!
