Wrong vehicle ready at reserved time. No one at budget counter. Line at avis counter, out the door. Filthy car, once I received the one I reserved. The people at the avis counter are rude. They also point the blame back to budget. They are the same company.

Horrible customer service ! Charged me for gas by assumption only ! Had to waste 30 min talking to 2 parking attendants and 2 supervisors before got the charges fixed . BE AWARE CHECK YOUR FUEL CHARGES before you leave the center.

The clerks were helpful and told me how to navigate around the toll roads. When I came back to drop off my car I accidentally pulled into a different rental car facility next door. It was maybe 4am and there was only one guy working nearby. I described that I pulled into the wrong place and I can't back out because my tires will be damaged. He told me to just leave the keys on the dash and he would take care of it. Sure enough, when I got off my flight I had am email that everything was processed and they didnt charge me extra for failing to drop off the car at the proper location. So grateful and honest. Thanks guys!
