Old cars, over 100,000 miles, dirty, check engine light on. No response from email contacts. Good luck getting your $150 deposit returned. Stay away. Pay more with a real rental car agency. 2 months later still no return of deposit. They also have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am about to have to take them to small claims court. Not about the money, about them being a horrible company.

ASAP Car Rental is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life's existence; I've basically never wrote a bad review since first using the internet but feel I need to just to warn folks about this company. I cancelled my trip and rental in Texas prior to my departure date. It has been nearly 3 months now and still haven't gotten my safetly deposit back for my car rental I never even used. Emails ignored, call forwarding service pitches you to an endless ring direct line that ends straight to voice mail...never seen anyone run a business like this so blatantly horrid. I'm far too persistent a person to ever quit. I see now on the BBB.org I'm not alone being taken advantage of by this scam of a business with 17 other complaints all the same. If in your mind you ever think of using them, first forgive yourself for the thought and then walk the other way.

The car was ready for us, clean and a pleasure to drive. The check-in and drop-off was painless. The agent that checked us in was efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend Asap Rentals for any future rentals.

These people are thieves. The car was a banged-up Mitsubishi SUV whose odometer had just passed 100,000. I put down a deposit for more than the rental itself, which they promised to refund within two weeks of the rental. They never did. Eventually my bank dealt with them and got most of the money back. Now, more than a year later, they've sent me a bill for tolls, much of which is classified as "toll admin." Stay away!

It was great...except we had a hard time finding the car rental center to return the car...but that was on us.
