Food was literally thrown together in a big splat! EVERYTHING covered with sauces that I did not order... even the side item is soaked in it. Wings were tough and difficult to chew. Ribs were decent but whatever sauce they poured over the entire plate had minimal flavor. Not even a child could look at this dish and want to eat it... restaurant is empty so they weren't busy. It looks like slop... who would serve this. Would not recommend

The salad was very nice, would be better if they had a healthy choice dressing like olive oil. Lots of GF options. The server was very friendly. The atmosphere not that great.

Sat us at a table at the back of a refrigerator which wasn’t even part of the restaurant. Food was not fresh. Don’t go here. Asked for price of something to just be told ‘I don’t know it’s airport prices’

I was looking forward to my layover in Dallas international airport at TGIF. Initially the host who sat me was nice and attentive , I was expecting the same throughout my service. I sat waiting for someone to greet me for about 10min. Eventually the server came over but she never introduced herself nor told me about any specials or deals. I placed an order with her as well as a drink. The drink was great! Kudos to the bartender! The food was okay, didn’t look appetizing but it taste good or maybe I was just super hungry. I ordered bacon with my meal, it was thin, scrappy and cold. While I was eating , I was checked on once during my meal by a server, but had to flag someone down eventually for another drink. I finished my meal and the server removed my plates and never said one word, didn’t ask if I needed anything else or if I was ready to pay. She did not even show me I could pay by scanning the QR code on the table. Needless to say, I figured it out on my own. I paid and walked out, nobody said “Bye” or thanks for dining with us. I guess you get what you get at an airport. I work in the industry and we focus on customer service a lot, despite how busy we are. Overall my experience was just alright but it’s overpriced, for one breakfast meal and two drinks I was well close to $60(Why?). I think the team as Dallas international airport could make the dining experience more pleasant with better customer service.

Food and service was good actually, BUT the place smelled like the floor and banisters hadn’t been cleaned in years. So I couldn’t focus on the good food because my nostrils couldn’t avoid the smell of a disgustingly unclean restaurant. Please for the love of god throughly mop the floor and clean the banisters and everything else in that restaurant.
