We had an online verification for our room but he said he doesn't work with the people online and through a big fit about online companies trying to take his money. They couldn't supply us with a trash can, we didn't have towels. The freezer had gross pink stuff in it, maroon splatter and holes on the walls, blunt roach by the hot tub, dirt caked on vents and light switches. My glasses fell behind the bed and when I got them I almost didn't want to put them back on my face bc of how disgusting it was back there!

Called the owner and he’s incredibly rude. Wouldn’t accept a service animal trained and certified even with paperwork, I see a very large lawsuit in the future for this place. After experiencing this I looked at the reviews and by god I’m blessed for not booking that place. Frank needs to be fired and black listed from EVER managing a company again.

This hotel needs to be shut down, given new management or something. This place from exterior to inside the rooms is disgusting. I was offered to check out 2 rooms that the housekeepers didn't clean. One room still had garbage and little ceasers box on the floor, blood stain or something red on the sheets and the bathroom was horrendous. Outside garbages overflowed, and the smell was like being st a homeless shelter. I dont see how anyone can stay at a place like this. Shut this place down!

The rooms looked at very dirty. No pillows, no towels, no face cloth, no soap. No toilet paper, just a room a bit. A blanket throw across the bed, ragley curtains. Fingerprints all over the place it was horrible. I didn't even want to sit down. Let alone step under the throttle to walk in

This was by far the most dirtiest hotel I have ever been to in my life! The room was filled with nothing but crumbs. The floor was sticky! The showers had dirt and mold in them, and to top it off the drawers were filled with crumbs! How is the hotel still in business is what I want to know!
