Bought a faulty Sony headset for $120. One side never worked. Returned 2 days later to return with receipt and was told for an additional $80 I could upgrade to another model. It was this or lose $120. Poor return/exchange policy sounds like bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE. Updated 8/24... I also sent comment to their main office. I was contacted shortly after and offered a return or exchange as they have a 30 day policy for both.

Naomi! What a wonderful person. I had lost an ear silicone on my wireless Bose buds. She had a replacement and got me back to perfect with a smile on and excellent service. Highly recommend this location inside terminal A at DIA.

Needed a set of earbud rubber pieces for my headphones and the folks there hooked me up with a free set! Great customer service all around
