Soo frustrating!!! Order made hot and not iced when asked to correct it I was told I would have to repurchase items! At airport prices that is wrong. They offered to just throw away the wrong drink. Unable to drink it I had no choice but to toss it.

This place was so busy. The first time I came through the Denver airport that I couldn’t stop. I had to see what all the fuss was about so I picked up a coffee today and wow. Great place to get your favorite coffee Drink before your flight!!!

Their chai syrup had gone bad. My family all tasted it and refused to drink any more of it (!), so it was definitely bad. So, also: service was weird! A bad culture exists at this store At first, the young, heavy-set man with black hair was a but grumpy. But hey, I'm getting hot chai tea for my flight, so ALL GOOD, right? Well, I came back to at least let them know the syrup had gone bad (maybe because there is no chai listed on the menu, so no one knows they have it??). The barista offered a refund, which I thought was nice of her. But then she wanted me to wait behind 6 other customers -- when our flight was already boarding... I told her I'd already waited in line to get the chai and maybe they could help me between customers, as I wouldn't make my flight otherwise. She actually ROLLED HER EYES (above her gigantic milk-cow nose ring) and went to whine at the manager. By this point, I was really sorry I agreed to get a refund because the manager looked very unhappy when she came over... She was a heavy-set young dark-complected woman with black hair and a baseball cap. This gal-- the MANAGER-- actually LEERED at me ... And when I said, "I hope you're going to taste the syrup later?" she actually IGNORED me and turned her back on me to walk off! I couldn't believe it! WOW!!! I was polite the entire time, but they seemed to think I was making up nonsense. Really BAD attitudes by the staff toward customers. Skip it. Plenty of other cafes there!

Fast service, clean store, and good iced coffee. The employee at the register was nice and helpful, but the others could curse less in their very audible personal conversation when customers are nearby.

This is NOT a Caribou Coffee location. It uses the Caribou Coffee name and possibly the coffee grounds but it is not a Caribou store. I could not use my credit balance to pay for my coffee or my rewards. The coffee itself fell short of the Caribou quality we love. I waited 45 minutes for this store to open and walked past several other coffee shops to get my Caribou but after this visit, I won't visit this shop again. Go try Einstein or another shop when needing coffee on your layover in DEN.
