I recently visited your restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Here are a few points that caused my dissatisfaction: 1. **Food Quality**: The food was served cold and tasted very unpleasant. Especially the main course, which did not seem fresh. 2. **Customer Service**: The staff were very unprofessional and rude. We had to repeat our requests several times, and even then, they were not properly addressed. 3. **Restaurant Environment**: Cleanliness was not maintained at all. The tables and chairs were dirty, and the overall space needed cleaning. I expected a pleasant experience considering the reputation of your restaurant, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope you address these issues so that other customers do not face the same problems.

Kabob Palace is outstanding! The kabobs are always juicy and well-seasoned, paired with fresh, flavorful sides. The atmosphere is cozy, making every visit feel special, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. It’s a fantastic spot for authentic, delicious meals. Highly recommended!

“If I could give it a 0 stars I would. It depends on if I make it to the bathroom in time” - my brother Long story short the atmosphere is 10/10 and service is pretty good but the food is kinda diabolical - at least the lamb karahi is The lamb and chickpeas are swimming in what seems like cooking oil and it just takes you out of commission - complete body shutdown Aside from that the food is kinda good at first. The flavor is like a 4/5. But the problem is that everything is too salty. I was still thirsty the day after The kabobs are the same story. Unique flavor which is good but just way too salty. Also the chicken kabobs are hard and almost rubbery, not as soft as the lamb Lastly, I like places that do paper/plastic plates (that’s actually why I came) but styrofoam is a bit far. Putting hot liquid into styrofoam is crazy work. On top of that the prices are pretty high to be eating on plastic: $15-20 per person is unacceptable. I am aware though that the meat is halal which factors into the pricing Pros: Halal, 24/7, Great atmosphere Cons: Salty, Expensive, Some dishes are drenched in cooking oil which will ruin you

I love how it’s open most of the time. Parking might be an issue. Like the Afghani and Bangladeshi food here. The rice is flavorful, kabobs are good as well. Free Tea and Coffee. Thanks.

This is such a great place for flavor. The meat & bread are cooked to order, and you get large portions of the sides. The chickpeas/garbanzo beans are delicious, as are the rice, bread, sauce (!), and boneless chicken kabobs - so is the eggplant - when they have it on rotation. I have not tried other main dishes, but they look and smell so yummy. I'm trying their baklava for the first time today.
