As others have mentioned, this place gets 2 stars solely on the fast service, otherwise it’s quite disappointing. We got the citrus glazed chicken and jasmine rice combo w/bao and dumplings. For 2 people we paid $40, unfortunately we didn’t feel we got our value’s worth. The portions are small and the taste is underwhelming. The dumplings and the bao are somewhat of a saving grace, otherwise all other menu items should be avoided. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the food is not worth your time or money. Look to eat somewhere else.

Wow sad. Ordered the egg, spinach and mushroom bao and there was barely any filling. No flavor. I had to add stiracha to eat them. And they were just thrown in the bag, sticking to the bag. The ginger ale was good though. $16 for all that, not worth it.

There was no line and they accepted my airline meal voucher from my delayed flight. Service was fast and friendly but the food was overpriced and mediocre as you can expect from airport fast food. I got a couple of smallish buns and some dumplings, both of which were fine.

Needed something to eat before a morning flight, so I tried this place. It's been a while since I've been to a Wow Bao. Pretty mediocre stuff. The pork bun wasn't super flavorful, and was only slightly warm. Pretty disappointing. Nice staff though.

I give it 2 stars due to fast service but otherwise the bowls are little to be desired. I got an orange chicken bowl with fried rice for $15+tax and could not even finish the meal. I expected to pay more for food in an airport but the moment I received this, the look of it was unappetizing and not worth the money. It looks like chili or dog food and was both too sweet and too salty. It seems people have better luck with the bao and dumplings so maybe try that if you choose to eat here. I won’t be going back. Might as well go to one of the other better known chains in the airport since the food will be standard.
