I’m very upset because this branch was one of my favorite branches but as I went to go there to get something notarized because I called earlier to ask specifically if they notarize at that location the young lady told me yes I went to the front desk to ask them about what I needed notarized and they proceed to tell me they don’t have a notary in I said someone who told me that you do and then he told me the young lady is knew she wouldn’t know. you don’t just randomly start telling people there’s a notary I literally travel from DC all the way to this location specifically to get a document signed hence delaying me to get this taken care of by today because all the other Pnc Branches that have a notary close at five. I am so angry of how careless this man was and I go there all th time for bank wires, new accounts and have credit with PNC. BEEN WITH PNC FOR 5 years and not till today I have had a terrible experience.
