We need to start normalizing the thought that chick fil-a is just bad chicken. Picture says it all, even the sun hitting the sandwich couldn't save it. Think I'm finally done with testing out this restaurant chain.

After being stuck in Miami because of the global outage and having my wallet stolen in Miami, the last thing I needed was a rude employee. Never would have expected it from a chick-fil-a employee. I had my daughters with me and we just needed to grab a bite before heading to our gate. This was a layover for us. My BF added funds to our chick-fil-a account but I was unaware they didn’t accept that form of payment. So when I went to pay for our food I was stuck at a limbo. Trying to get ahold of my BF to add to my ApplePay account (My cards were cancelled) and the line was forming and this man loudly yells to the line that i couldn’t afford to pay for our food. 2 mins later I paid for it but at that point I was so embarrassed that I didn’t even want the food or was able to enjoy it.

Don’t trust everything Google says about this location as they have no clue. First of all, this location is open by 4:00 am every Monday-Saturday and closes between 8:30-9:30 pm every Monday-Friday and 8:30 pm on Saturdays. Secondly, this location doesn’t accept CFA One because it’s third party owned but that doesn’t mean they don’t care about your feedback either because they definitely care! Last but not least, it’s in Concourse B of CVG Airport so they have a very limited menu but they are continuously working on improving it!

I ordered only biscuit and hash browns. Paid around $5.5. Check my receipt late, and I was charged for Chicken Biscuit (& hash browns), and I got Egg Cheese Bacon Biscuit. Messed my order up pretty bad. The staff was quite hard working and friendly. Hash browns were nice, warm, and crispy.

Listen, I have never had a Chick-fil-A experience that was not 5 stars. I love Chick-fil-A. The food I ordered yesterday here was good, but the staff was downright rude, the exact opposite of what you expect when you go to eat at Chick-fil-A.
