We ordered at 7:15pm. The young kid taking our order and payment was very kind. The gal that handed us our order at window number 2 did not speak one word. Not a "hello," or anything. Then, we got our food to find the coldest, soggiest French fries we've ever encountered. They tried with the double cheeseburger meal.

Placed our order in the app at noon. We arrived at McDonald's at 1215 got the notice our order was ready around 1220. Stood there at the counter until 1245. Our fries and nuggets were burnt but cold. For 30 minutes we unfortunately had to sit with 10 other customers and listen to the constant complaining and yelling of the female redheaded I believe manager but if she is, she shouldnt be. She was a complete embarrassment to the other employees and just made the whole experience something I'd rather forget. Safe food handling is also something not practiced by that employee. Opening sandwhiches with no gloves and using her hands to take the sandwhich apart to see what it was. We will be back to this McDonald's

We usually dont eat inside. This morning we took our granddaughters in for breakfast and so they could play. The place was filthy! We then needed to take them to the bathroom and it was beyond filthy. I dont think i will ever get it out of my mind and we wont be going back there! This location used to be under different ownership and was always meticulously cleaned. The food has been going downhill for a long time, they use old grease and stale bagels. Would not recommend.!

Went through the drive-thru late tonight. They were slammed with a lot of people. Food was super fresh and staff was friendly. Definitely hit the spot for a McDonald's run at 10:30 at night!

Had a mobile order ended up waiting for over 30min for 2 mcchicken meals after waiting for so long they forgot my mcchicken and they didn’t give me any straws or napkins. While I was waiting after about 25min I called to make sure they got my mobile order they seemed annoyed and hung up, to be clear I wasn’t being rude at all I was just making sure my order went thru on their end because I couldn’t figure out why a couple of mcchickens would take so long and I didn’t even get one of them! I would like a refund and I would not advise anyone to eat here
