Had run out of vehicles by the time my flight came in, they gave me an upgrade from a sister company and had it ready when I landed. Great vehicles, easy to get to my car via quick service, and check-in is even faster. 3 rentals from them in the last few months and all 3 experiences were fantastic. I will continue to use exclusively.

Rented to me two months ago with no problem. Today wouldn't rent to me because of my credit score, even though it has gone up 30 points since then. Delayed our trip out of town and had to scramble to make other arrangements. Disappointed that their criteria are so fickle when improving your credit score hurts your chances of renting through them. Don't even waste your time unless you have a perfect credit history.

Ive been renting cars for years from multiple companies on my travels. I have never had a bad experience until Budget in Casper. We left the lot with a leaky tire. Thought it just needed air, turned out it was leaking. Woke up one morning to 8 P.S.I. I used this car on a camping trip and had to put air in it daily. 8x. What if i was backcountry camping and had this car sitting at a trailhead for days to come back to find it on its rims and no cell service for assistants? It also needed an oil change the moment i took it off the lot. Chris, they guy working, said nothing about it when i addressed my dissatisfaction. I will NEVER rent from budget again. Please do yourself a favor and not rent from budget especially in Casper. Terrible experience. Then i got overcharged. I will never recommend this place

First and last time renting from budget. I figured cars might not be top of the line, or would have a few extra miles to create the “budget” difference. I didn’t think it would be budget at the expense of safety. Rented a car during winter weather, only to find the tires had less than 1/16 of an inch left of tread. We are fortunate to have not been in a serious accident. We got stuck and couldn’t use the car. Could have been much worse.
