Located at the Charlotte international airport this place is just your average pretzel place. I tried the pepperoni pizza which was OK and taste, but it was really very greasy. The lemonade was OK, but it tasted watery. It could’ve had more of a lemonade taste to it.

Auntie Anne’s located in the Charlotte International Airport at 5501 R Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208 first floor is a great place for Pretzels, pretzel hotdogs, Lemonade and Pizza Pretzels. Good prices, quick cashiers, friendly staff!

Waited in line for the mini pretzel dogs, saw one of the workers at the oven with two trays of mini dogs. They looked pretty done and the one worker was preparing to box them up. Told the gentleman behind the counter I would like to wait for a cup of those. He said we don't have any. When asked about the ones coming out was told oh those aren't going to be ready bc she had to fill all the other stuff first.... Went to the other location and they were out of everything. Disappointed... Customer service could be much better. #AKA don't lie to the customer ??

The food was decent and the prices fair but the employees have zero work ethic. I was sitting nearby and went over to but something when I was told they open at 7:30. It was 7:10 at the time so no big deal, I'll wait. I go back over at 7:30 and I'm standing at the counter and there are three employees and none of them acknowledge me. Finally I saw to the guy closest, "Excuse me, do you sell pretzels to the general public or are these for a special occasion?" And he said, "We don't open till 8” and I Said, "twenty minutes ago I was told you open at 7:30." Later I checked on the Internet and they actually open at 6. So I don't know who manages the place but they're not doing a very good job.

My very first time having Auntie Anne's and almost all the options were sold out. I got the pepperoni pretzel which smelled and looked great but unfortunately was so very greasy and I couldn't finish it. I was so very excited to try the other pretzels though but alas it was sold out. Hopefully the next time I try one it will be much better.
