Huge shout-out to James T - this man helped me prepare ensembles for a full week in the course of an hour while I was on layover. Haven't even left the airport yet and already getting compliments on how I look. Friendly, caring, and an eye for style. Give him a shout if you're ever flying through here.

Me& My husband passed through Charlotte airport on the way home to Indiana. James Thomas helped my husband with some shoes, and jeans. He was very professional, and wonderful customer service we have not seen in a very long time. He needs to be promoted to manager are store manager he was amazing. We don’t see that much these days especially in our state we live in. He was very patient. We recommended this store to anyone that is stopping at the airport in Charlotte. Thank you James Thomas we really appreciate you. Hopefully we will meet again.

I passed through Charlotte on Saturday, November 16 on my way down to Florida. Normally, I don't shop at J&M because I'm the frugal type. Anyway, I've been looking for socks at all of my usual go-to discount stores, but none of them had what I was looking for. Not only did this store have them, but also had what customers look for and never find consistently - genuinely kind and helpful store staff! I wish I had learned all of the names of the persons to give kudos to each of them by name. Nevertheless, I do remember Greg. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the brightness of his personality shined through the whole store. A definite keeper! Thank you, Greg and the rest of the staff that day. And thank you J&M for having the socks I needed!

While reading up on my destination, I learn front pocket wallets are recommended due to pick pocket-re's. Nothing like rushing into to J&M knowing your style and they assist you in locating the style in stick yet on on display. Thank you!!
