Well, I'm going to give my point of view, maybe they deleted the review I posted yesterday, but they're not going to delete it. This is me the same person with a different image. Yesterday I stopped by at 8 pm to buy a drink and they asked me for my name and when I pick up my drink it turns out that the people who work there, who are two women, gave me a nickname and were laughing. I believe that if I am giving you my name, you do not have to come and give me a nickname or nickname, that is a very bad lack of education and respect towards clients, I am not going to let this go because they do it now with me, They are going to continue doing it, they have to have staff that is trained to be able to respect the same as they do... so I am going to put it more here is the evidence stop to the bullying @starbucks

This Starbucks is located inside the airport in terminal E. The place was packed out and lined up outside the door! Using the mobile app, I was able to go straight to the counter and get my Caramel Crunch Frappuccino! If you've never tried one, you need to! I'm so addicted!

Me and my mother in law both got the Java chip Frappe and both were un drinkable. We took them back to let them know and they did offer to re make them but we declined because something just wasn't right with one of the ingredients. So the cashier just threw them away and didn't even offer a refund. Will not be going back.

STORE # 22352 HMS HOST STARBUCKS CLT AIRPORT THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD!!!!! SLOW SERVICE ASKED FOR REFUND AND MANAGEMENT ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT CARE AND TOOK HER TIME WHEN I TOLD HER MY FLIGHT WAS BOARDIND!!! Then she acted like she don’t know HOW TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! Michael who took the order acted slow seemed to be high!!! WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS!!!! DO BETTER!!!!
