This place was awesome to stay at. They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was nice and clean and felt homey. The pool was so nice, it was clean (had some bugs but its summer lol) and a nice place to just relax by the pool. The hotel is located in a pretty nice spot right off the highway and easy to get to. There are plenty of places to eat around and a straight shot to the Mississippi river. We will stay again!

This hotel is super clean and nice. We travel through town quite frequently and always choose this over any other. Staff was super helpful today. The room is nice, shower was great and the beds are comfy.

Stayed here on June 5th. Room was very clean. very nice staff. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, mini muffins, cereal. We would definitely stay here again.

This Pear Tree is not up to the standards of the other locations at which I've stayed. There is no breakfast. The "breakfast" consists of a few random pound cakes and packets of oat meal. The coffee is good but they need to keep better watch on it. At one point the coffee ran out and there was no one anywhere to tend to it. There are no evening drinks as the other locations have. All they had in the evening was popcorn and lemonade. Not even any fountain drinks. The TV is not great. It was kind of bizarre that the info display for the channels did not match what was on the screen. So I really didn't know for sure what channel I was watching much of the time. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. the location is excellent. It's right across a side street from Target and it shares a parking lot with a steakhouse. Every restaurant chain you could imagine is within half a mile.

VERY BASIC room with limited furniture, poorly arranged and ONLY ONE chair. We were offered OLD POPCORN at check in. Microwave in the room is too small for popcorn. Only thing hot for breakfast is waffles or oatmeal, but I don't see hot water. Please let me end on a positive, we are close to interstate 55.
